Can premium quality silk ties cost so little?

Sure they do! We operate from a small premise with moderate inventory and a little advertisement. We figure if we kept our operating cost low, we can sell our premium quality ties at rock bottom prices and pass on the saving to you. Do a comparison between our ties and those branded labels sold in the malls, you’ll probably find that the quality of our ties is better.

Can you describe the quality of your ties?

We use 100% premium woven silk and pure wool lining for our ties. Wool on the inside is ideal in keeping our ties in shape. True Vine Ties are thick & luxurious to the feel. They are self-tipped and stain-resistant. Oh yes, all our ties are carefully folded and stitched by hand. You’ll love them!

How much do your ties retail for?

We sell our ties primarily on our website for under US$20.00. But do not underestimate the quality of our ties. True Vine Ties is an exquisite product. In fact, the fine quality of our ties equals or betters that of many European fashion labels.

Will you keep my personal information confidential and secure?

We understand your concern. We do not sell our customers names or addresses. However, we do send occasional emails to notify you of our new ties and promotions.

What sizes are your neckties?

The length of our regular neckties is 58 inches. This is the standard length available at most stores and fits most people. Our regular ties are 3 ¾ inches wide at the widest end.

Do you sell extra long ties?

Sure we do! They are 62 inches in length, and 4 inches wide at the widest end.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of USD12.95 for shipping the first 6 items to most parts of the world, USD2.00 more for each additional item. We use Singapore Post for shipping international orders. Shipping within Singapore is USD3.50 flat. Free local delivery for 6 items or more!

How fast can you ship my order?

Most purchases are shipped within 24 hours, except for orders received on weekends and on our public holidays, which will be shipped on the next working day.

How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your order in 6 to 8 working days. However, we are not responsible for delays at your country’s custom office. Delays do occur once in a while, and we simply do not have control over it. Please also note that the purchaser/recipient is responsible for payment of customs and/or import duties. We do not ship to a P.O. Box address.

Can my order be shipped to a different address than my billing address?

Yes! We can ship small orders of up to three items to a different address than your billing address. Please include your contact number so that we are able to verify your purchase.

Can I return ties when I am not totally satisfied?

Yes! We give a full refund of the purchase price. However, Items returned must be in original condition, including tags, in exactly the same state as shipped. All worn ties are not returnable. All Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase date. We do not refund for any shipping charges.
Please let us know if you are sending an item back to us. Use our Form Mailer in the CONTACT US page, indicating the receipt number. Please include the receipt in the package so that we are able credit back on the charged card you used to make your purchase. We urge you to insure the item you are shipping back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

How long does it take for me to get a refund for my return?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and we credit your account within 48 hours.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

You will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your purchase is in order. If you do not see our email in your Inbox, check your junk folder, it could be there. If you do not receive our email at all, your order didn’t process.
